Fleet Feet in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Coach to lead our community training programs and support runners and walkers of all levels. You’ll guide sessions, offer encouragement, and promote safety in a collaborative on-site environment.
No formal coaching certification is required, and you’ll join a team that values inclusivity, teamwork, and helping others reach their personal finish lines.

As a Coach at Fleet Feet, you'll be the heartbeat of our community training programs providing encouragement, motivation, and on-site support for runners and walkers of all levels. Reporting to the Training Program Lead, you'll guide participants through training sessions, promote safety, and help create a fun, inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.
