Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County seeks a Finance Administrator - Chart of Accounts to lead governmental accounting activities and supervise staff. You will collaborate with departments to ensure accurate COA setup and support ACFR automation while aligning with GASB standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining COA structure, ADA-compliant reporting, dashboards, and automated financial reporting tools, with collaboration across divisions and IT.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of experience with governmental chart of accounts or related field.

Responsabilités

• Directs and coordinates complex COA accounting activities and resolves issues.
• Supports general ledger modules and maintains COA structure.
• Manages COA updates driven by new requirements or regulations.
• Ensures ADA accessibility in monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Creates dashboards and automated reports for financial operations.
