Arc3 Gases in Macon, GA seeks a Territory Manager to lead local CO2 operations, overseeing routes, deliveries, installations, and depot activities with a priority on safety and compliance. You will coordinate with route, install, cryogenic, and fleet teams to keep operations running smoothly and safely.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to manage staffing, scheduling, and training while maintaining high customer service standards across the territory.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in route delivery, logistics, or related environments.
• Ability to coordinate daily field activity and maintain safe, efficient execution.
• Familiarity with DOT compliance, driver safety, and fleet maintenance is preferred.
• Strong communication with drivers, technicians, dispatchers, managers, and customers.
• Capability to monitor inventory, supplies, equipment, vehicles, and staffing coverage.
• Commitment to safety, professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead local CO2 operations, ensuring routes, deliveries, installations, and depot activities meet safety and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with Route Manager to balance workloads and handle emergencies with minimal disruption.
• Support installation technicians, driver needs, and local team issues while ensuring training and readiness.
• Oversee depot, inventory, and product supply management, including cylinder and bulk CO2 supplies.
• Ensure DOT compliance, driver safety, inspections, and proper documentation across the territory.
