Job summary

Arc3 Gases, Inc. is hiring a CO2 Division Territory Manager in Macon, GA to lead local CO2 operations across an assigned territory, overseeing routes, deliveries, installations, depot operations, safety, and compliance.

You will supervise drivers and field staff, coordinate with route planning, installation teams, cryogenic supply, fleet and HR, and ensure timely, safe service. Strong leadership and DOT compliance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• CDL B with HazMat endorsement required.
• Prior leadership or operations management experience.
• Ability to coordinate daily field activity and workload.
• Familiarity with DOT compliance and fleet safety practices.
• Strong communication with drivers, technicians and managers.
• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead local CO2 operations and ensure route, delivery, installation and depot activities run smoothly.
• Support drivers and field personnel; manage staffing and scheduling.
• Oversee depot, inventory and product supply management.
• Ensure fleet safety, DOT compliance and proper documentation.
• Coordinate with various management teams to address issues and drive improvements.
• Mentor and train new hires to ensure proficiency and safety.
