Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) experience.
• Ability to oversee daily injection operations and safety compliance.
• Strong planning, organization, and multi-project management skills.
• Effective communication with lease operations and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily injection operations, monitor SCADA, troubleshoot issues.
• Analyze production performance and optimize ESP/CO2 operations.
• Lead daily safety meetings and address safety/environment concerns.
• Create and report daily costs, injection issues, and weekly field reports.
• Support Production Supervisor and oversee new construction from inception to startup.
