Apple Montessori Schools in Morris Plains, NJ, is seeking a Co Teacher Preschool to support a Montessori-based classroom environment. The role focuses on safe, engaging learning experiences and collaboration with the Head Teacher on curriculum and parent communication.

Responsibilities include student records, lesson planning, and demonstrating Montessori materials. Montessori experience preferred; NAMC credential may be pursued within the first year of employment.

Formación

• Associate’s degree in early childhood education or AA in a similar field with required credits or CDA.
• Montessori Experience (preferred)
• NAMC (Preferred or willing to obtain within the first year of employment)
• Ability to communicate with parents effectively and professionally
• Experience with Lesson planning and development
• Ability to multitask and function in an ever-changing environment

• Working closely with students to foster individual success plans and maintaining accurate records.

• Collaborating with teaching staff to plan school events and prepare curriculum.
• Participating in staff development activities, educational trainings, and mentorship programs.

Location: Morris Plains, NJ

Hours: Monday to Friday: 10:30 am - 6:30 pm

Requirements

Final compensation is determined based on a combination of factors, including years of experience in a similar role, relevant certifications and/or credentials, and the size and/or geographic location of the school.
