Job summary

Frontline Source Group is seeking a dynamic Co-Store Manager in Albuquerque, NM, to support the Store Manager in leading daily operations for a high-volume specialty foods grocery store. The role emphasizes sales growth, customer service, and team leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate will oversee merchandising, inventory control, and store profitability, recruit and develop staff, and ensure health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in grocery retail or related retail.
• Strong knowledge of inventory, labor, and financial performance.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to oversee daily operations and profitability.
• Lead, coach and develop staff to meet performance goals and standards.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and customer service across departments.
• Monitor health, safety and sanitation regulations and ensure compliance.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, scheduling and performance management.
