Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Frankfort, KY seeks a Co Team Leader to guide the sales floor and receiving area, build a productive team, and drive a strong associate and customer experience. You will oversee merchandising, staff development, and financial oversight to support daily operations.

Primary responsibilities include payroll budgeting, ensuring standards, staffing, and executing talent planning. A valid driver’s license and 2+ years in retail management are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday season regularly.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and the timely completion of related reports to meet financial and operational goals.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors in providing exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences; ensures standards are demonstrated in every interaction.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to ensure associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for business needs and open/close store as needed.
