Job summary

Community Counseling of Bristol County (CCBC) seeks a Jail Diversion Co-Response Supervisor to oversee clinicians with six southeastern MA police departments, ensuring documentation quality, data trends, and strong collaborative partnerships.

Full-time LICSW/LMHC/LMFT licensure, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with EHRs, Zoom, and MS Office are required. Position based in Taunton, MA with office and field work. Competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• Strong organizational, verbal, written and computer skills.
• Experience with EHR systems and virtual meeting tools (Doxy/Zoom) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to CCBC Jail Diversion Co-Response clinicians.
• Coordinate program scheduling and coverage for vacations and urgent consultations.
• Provide clinical consultation and interdisciplinary collaboration with law enforcement, hospitals, courts, and schools.
• Conduct regular meetings with partnering police departments to review performance and trends.
• Attend and participate in monthly CIT meetings and annual CCIT training.
• Provide training and technical assistance to police, fire, EMS, schools on behavioral health resources and safety statutes.
• Attend HUB meetings and community partner meetings as assigned.
• Develop and maintain a network of behavioral health and community resources to improve access to care.
