Job summary

Community Counseling of Bristol County Incorporated (CCBC) seeks a Jail Diversion Co-Response Supervisor to provide clinical oversight and supervision for clinicians embedded with southeastern MA police departments. The role emphasizes collaboration, case review, and ensuring high-quality crisis response and documentation.

The supervisor will coordinate scheduling, supervise staff, and lead data review to identify trends, while engaging with partners across law enforcement, hospitals, schools,

Qualifications

• Requires independently licensed LICSW/LMHC/LMFT.
• Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficiency with EHR systems, video conferencing tools (Zoom), and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to jail diversion clinicians.
• Coordinate scheduling and coverage for vacations and urgent consultations.
• Provide clinical consultation and interdisciplinary collaboration with law enforcement, hospitals, courts, schools, EMS, and others.
• Conduct meetings with partnering police departments to review performance and trends.
• Attend monthly CIT meetings and contribute to CIT initiatives and annual training.
• Deliver training and technical assistance on behavioral health resources and applicable statutes.
