Job summary

Claratel Behavioral Health in Decatur, GA, seeks a Co-Responders Program Manager to oversee field-based crisis response teams, supervise clinicians and case managers, and coordinate with police and community partners.

This role leads client-centered interventions, conducts risk assessments, and ensures timely linkages to resources while maintaining documentation and compliance across the program.

Qualifications

• Current license as LPC or LCSW in Georgia.
• At least 3 years of mental health/substance use assessment, crisis intervention and stabilization.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Must possess CPR and CPI training.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and manages day-to-day operations of the program and submits reports.
• conducts weekly check-ins and monthly team meetings with staff.
• Supervises co-responder staff responding to crises in the field.
• Acts as liaison between law enforcement, behavioral health, 911, and community providers for coordinated care.
• Builds professional relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Provides screening, clinical assessment, mental status evaluation, and therapeutic intervention with individuals and families.
• Evaluates safety risk and initiates 1013/2013 as appropriate.
• Performs follow-up outreach and documents calls and visits.
