Job summary

Claratel Behavioral Health is seeking a Program Manager for the Co-Responders program in Decatur, GA. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and partner with law enforcement and community resources to de-escalate crises and coordinate services.

Responsibilities include on-site clinical assessment, crisis intervention, aftercare coordination, and ensuring safe, trauma-informed care. Requires Georgia licensure (LPC/LCSW), 3 years of related experience, supervisory background, CPI/CPR

Qualifications

• Licensed professional license in GA (LPC or LCSW).
• Minimum 3 years in mental health/substance use assessment, crisis intervention and stabilization.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• CPR certification and CPI training; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Co-Responders program.
• Supervise co-responder staff (clinician, case managers) in field crises.
• Liaise with law enforcement, 911, DRCC and community providers for coordinated care.
• Provide screening, clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and disposition.
• Coordinate follow-up services and connect individuals to resources.
