Job summary

Shorr Packaging Corp. is seeking a Co-Pack Coordinator to support co-pack operations, time studies, POs, BOMs, SOPs, and WMS monitoring. You will communicate with customers, enter data into required spreadsheets, and assist in reporting tasks from daily activities and project counts.

The role includes responsibilities for creating SOPs, printing reports, and sending weekly invoice information, with a base pay range of $25–$27 per hour and eligibility for yearly bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related experience in Copacking or Warehouse Coordination.
• Experience with Solochain WMS is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word).

Responsibilities

• Create POs for customer owned items.
• Provide WMS support and ensure data accuracy.
• Create Bill of Materials for kit items.
• Communicate with customers via in-person, email, and phone.
• Assist in time studies and labor analyses.
• Perform cycle counts and end-of-project counts for raw materials.
• Enter daily receiving, production, and damages into required spreadsheets.
• Send First Article pictures to customers at project start.
• Create SOPs and print reports.
• Send weekly invoice information.
