Job summary

Shorr Packaging Corp. in Groveport, OH, is seeking a Co-Pack Coordinator to support co-pack operations, time studies, POs, BOMs, SOPs, reporting, and customer communications.

This role also monitors a Warehouse Management System (WMS). Responsibilities include creating POs and BOMs, performing time studies, conducting cycle counts, entering receiving/production/damages data, sending First Article photos, printing reports, and sharing weekly invoice information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of related copacking or warehouse coordination experience.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (Solochain is a plus).
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Create POs for customer owned items.
• WMS support and daily data entry for receiving/production/damages.
• Create Bill of Materials for kit items.
• Communicate with customers via in person/email/phone.
• Assist in time studies and perform cycle counts.
• Enter data into customer required spreadsheets.
• Send First Article pictures to customers at project start.
• Create SOPs and print reports.
• Send weekly invoice information
