Job summary

Rockline Industries, Inc. is hiring a Machine Operator to run automatic packaging, cutting, shrinking and labeling equipment for co-pack canister-style disinfectant wipes. You’ll work in a clean, safe, team environment on a weekend night shift.

Accurate production documentation and basic troubleshooting are part of your daily tasks. We value reliability and safety; you will follow PPE and GMP guidelines, participate in start-up meetings, and contribute to a culture of quality.

Description:TheMachine Operatorposition is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of automatic packaging, cutting, shrinking and labeling equipment that co-pack canister-style disinfectant wipes. This role works in a team environment at a machine that helps package the hard surface disinfectant product. This position works in a clean, consistent and safety-conscious environment.

The Basics:

Position: - Machine Operator

Location: - N5252 Co Rd TT, Sheboygan Falls, WI

Shift: - Weekend Night -Shift; Friday - Sunday; 5:30PM - 5:30AM

Pay: -Starting rate:$25.33 per hour

- Hourly wage includes an additional 4-HOURS of straight pay & a $2.00 per hour shift premium!

- Make up to $32.28 per hour through additional training & shift premiums!

- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.

What You’ll Do:

Work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Accurately complete required production documentation.

• Product Security Sensitive – As a product sourcing facility our customers require Rockline to possess security standards and procedures to guard against the introduction of unmanifested cargo, such as illegal drugs, explosives, weapons and people into outbound shipments. This position has contact or influence over these “outbound” shipments and is considered Product Security Sensitive.
• This position is designated asSafety-Sensitive(This position is one in which the associate’s inability or impaired ability to perform their job-related tasks could result in a direct threat to the associate’s safety or the safety of others.)

What We’re Looking For (Required):

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, grab and twist.

Physical examination and pre-employment drug screen will be required upon conditional job offer.

Bonus points if you have (Preferred):

Previous experience with machines, heavily-automated environments, or previous general production.

Troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.

Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
