Job summary

Veterinary Practice Partners’ Canton, GA practice is seeking a full-time DVM to become co-owner, not a traditional employee. This partnership model offers equity ownership, and your name would be on the door and balance sheet.

You’ll run medicine with no corporate dictates, set your own workups and treatment plans, and lead clinical decisions while contributing to equipment, hiring and scheduling decisions for the hospital.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited school and licensed or license-eligible in Georgia.
• Small animal general practice experience with routine surgery and dentistry.
• Genuine interest in ownership and equity opportunities.
• Strong judgment and communication skills for autonomous work.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate a share of the practice with equity ownership.
• Lead medical decision making and clinic culture.
• Influence equipment, hiring and scheduling decisions.
• Manage an established caseload with high-quality client care.
