Job summary

Sangaree Animal Hospital-Cane Bay in Summerville, SC is seeking a full-time DVM to become a practice co-owner. This partnership model offers real equity, ownership on the door, and a voice in growth alongside a two-doctor team with a loyal client base.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD from AVMA-accredited school and SC license or eligibility.
• Small animal general practice experience; comfortable with routine surgery and dentistry.
• Genuine interest in ownership and equity in a partnership.
• Judgment and communication skills to be trusted with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical decision-making and patient care within the practice.
• Participate in leadership and shape clinic culture and protocols.
