Qualifications

• Pursuing at least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering.
• Willingness to work on-site in Wichita, KS for internship/co-op.
• Interest in engineering validation and testing of components and systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs engineering test validations to determine performance, reliability, and durability of components and vehicle systems.
• Analyzes lab and field test results and conducts failure analyses; coordinates field data gathering.
• Prepares reports of test results and suggests design improvements to engineering teams.
• Utilizes engineering principles to support product development and manufacturing objectives.
