Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a motivated Hydraulic Systems Engineering Co‑op to support design and development of electro‑hydraulic systems for Construction Equipment. This hands‑on role offers exposure to hydraulic architecture, simulation tools, and cross‑functional collaboration.

As a co‑op, you will work part‑time during the school year and full‑time in the summer, gaining real product development experience with mentors and a strong onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Mechanical Engineering (required).
• Basic understanding of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, or machine design principles (coursework suffices).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of electro-hydraulic systems for Construction Equipment ( skid steer loaders, compact track loaders, wheel loaders, dozers ).
• Assist with component research, selection analysis, and BOM documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Electrical, Controls, and Product Validation teams on active development projects.
• Support DFMEA documentation, system testing, and validation planning activities.
• Learn and apply simulation tools (AMESim, Automation Studio, or similar) under guidance.
• Assist with project tracking, milestone documentation, and technical reporting.
