Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking a trainee in Fort Mill, SC to support training functions, develop learning materials, and create instructional videos. You will work on recruiting, onboarding, and content development while learning Schaeffler's processes and standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma and pursuing a 4-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
  • Assertive approach to solving problems.
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Support training functions such as recruiting, scheduling, onboarding, training/skill development, and administrative tasks.
  • Create videos for machines and production guides.
  • Help ensure training content is clear, accurate, consistent, and aligned with instructional standards.
  • Work on assigned tasks independently as appropriate, while being open to instruction.
  • Learn and follow the current Quality Policy and Procedures and contribute to quality objectives.
  • Support the development of learning materials and projects as assigned.
  • Stay current on learning and design trends and help identify innovative learning solutions. Research, evaluate, and test new learning tools and technologies as needed.
