Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking a motivated trainee in Fort Mill, SC to join our learning and development program, gaining exposure to training, onboarding, and instructional design while rotating through projects.

You are pursuing a 4-year degree in HR or business, maintain a 2.5 GPA, and are authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and self-motivation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and pursuing a 4-year degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester.

Responsibilities

• Support training functions such as recruiting, scheduling, onboarding, training/skill development, and administrative tasks.
• Create videos for machines and production guides.
• Help ensure training content is clear, accurate, consistent, and aligned with instructional standards.
• Work on assigned tasks independently as appropriate, while being open to instruction.
• Learn and follow the current Quality Policy and Procedures and contribute to quality objectives.
• Support the development of learning materials and projects as assigned.

Your Qualifications

• Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
