Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a university degree with a focus on CS, MIS, Software Eng, Web Dev, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration in agile environments.
• Basic understanding of software development concepts: app development, testing, debugging, version control, or APIs.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a client-facing consulting setting.
• Ability to work up to 20 hours/week during classes and 40 hours/week on breaks.

Responsibilities

• Application Development: Develop and enhance software applications and digital solutions under supervision.
• Integration & Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with systems via APIs.
• Quality & Testing: Participate in testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure quality.
• Documentation: Contribute to technical documentation and development guidelines.
• Agile Collaboration: Participate in planning and development activities within an agile team.
• Continuous Learning: Build knowledge of software engineering, cloud technologies, APIs and digital product development.
• Co-op Schedule: Year-long co-op at University Park, May 2027; up to 20 hrs/week in class, 40 hrs/week during breaks.
