Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a university degree with a track-record of academic success.
• Strong interpersonal skills that enhance collaboration and relationship building.

• Interest in consulting: strategy, business transformation, or experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance, if needed.
• Willingness to work on-site in State College, PA during the academic year.
• Availability for up to 20 hours/week during term and up to 40 hours/week during breaks.

Responsibilities

• Market dynamics: perform primary research and support clients in navigating market trends.
• Operational excellence: help design models to improve client experience and efficiency.
• Stakeholder engagement: assist workshops and interviews to gather requirements.
• Project exposure: gain hands-on experience with transformation projects and data integrations, translating technical concepts for clients.
