Job summary

Bracebridge Capital, LLC is seeking a talented graduate student for a co-op in the Quantitative Research department in Boston. The role reports to the Manager of the Research Application Development group and covers the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities include working with senior engineers to build features, debugging issues, and writing unit and integration tests. Candidates should be pursuing an MS in CS/Engineering/Info Systems with strong OO programming and SQL knowledge.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
• Strong object-oriented programming understanding.
• Knowledge of SQL required.
• Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Knowledge of web development.
• C# and .NET experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior engineers to design and develop new features on application platforms
• Determine root cause and resolve any issues arising on application platforms
• Implement unit and integration tests
