ARCO National Holdings in Rogers, AR is seeking a motivated Project Manager Co‑Op for a 6–8 month, full‑time assignment. As part of the team, you will gain hands‑on experience supporting project managers and learning the design‑build process.

You will assist with estimating, scheduling, design meetings, buyout, permitting, shop drawing reviews, billing, and site visits, while developing professional skills and building a path toward full‑time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Civil/Mechanical/Architectural or Construction Management Bachelor’s degree program.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Previous internship or Co-op construction experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Estimating – describing project proposals and assigning dollar values to the projects.
• Scheduling – creating a working timeline for subcontractors/trades to complete the project on time.
• Design meetings – attend design meetings with owner and team to understand design proposals.
• Buyout – send bid instructions, schedule, and drawings to subcontractors; evaluate proposals and award subcontracts.
• Permitting – fill out permit forms and submit with drawings and fees for approval.
• Shop drawing/submittal review – review submissions and coordinate with PM and subcontractors.
• Billing – handle subcontracts, change orders, pay requests, and pay applications.
• Job site visits – accompany PM to ensure project runs smoothly.
