Responsibilities

• Assist site Project Manager and Project Engineer with daily project administration.
• Support site layout, document control, and quality control tasks.
• Contribute to field production analysis and schedule updates.
• Assist with project controls input, including scheduling and cost reporting.
• Coordinate subcontractors and labor, and track shop drawings/submittals.
• Expedite materials and equipment to maintain on-site progress.
• Assist with subcontractor and supplier coordination and communications.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools and iPad for on-site documentation.
