Job summary

USG's Minnesota manufacturing facility in Otsego is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer – Co-op. This paid, hands-on role provides exposure to multi-disciplinary engineering work with real project responsibilities.

You will assist with planning and implementing capital projects to improve safety, efficiency, and product quality, gaining a broad view of manufacturing through meaningful, real assignments across the facility.

Qualifications

• Completed at least first term of sophomore year.
• Pursuing an engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, Industrial or Engineering Management.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementation of capital projects to improve safety, production efficiencies or product quality.
• Gain a broad view of manufacturing through hands-on assignments.
• Take on 'real' assignments with impact within the facility.
