USG is seeking an engineer to consult with department managers to identify problems and help improve methods and equipment. The role oversees development and implementation of non-routine maintenance and capital improvement plans for the plant, and assists in monitoring the plant safety program.

The ideal candidate will be pursuing a Bachelor's in Engineering with strong leadership and communication skills, budget discipline, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and written/verbal communication in a diverse workforce.
• Ability to operate within a planned budget and manage costs.
• High organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience with safety, quality and housekeeping programs.

Responsabilités

• Consult with department managers to identify problems and assist with methods and equipment improvements.
• Develop and implement non-routine maintenance and capital improvement plans for the plant.
• Assist in monitoring and executing the plant safety program.
• Prepare and follow through on assigned capital projects.
