Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with a focus on construction processes/industry/delivery methods preferred.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees
• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Site and building layout
• Document control
• Quality control
• Field production analysis
• Project controls input (scheduling, cost reporting, PM solutions)
• Subcontractor and work force coordination
• Shop drawing/submittal control
• Material and equipment expediting
• Subcontractor/supplier solicitation
• Experience working with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Experience with using an iPad
