The role requires pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred) and strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. On-site work with opportunity for hands-on learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Site and building layout.
• Document control.
• Quality control.
• Field production analysis.
• Project controls input (scheduling, cost reporting, PM solutions).
• Subcontractor and workforce coordination.
• Shop drawing/submittal control.
• Material and equipment expediting.
• Subcontractor/supplier solicitation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with using an iPad.
