Job summary

GAF’s Co-Opportunity program invites undergraduate or graduate students in chemical, mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering to join our teams for full-time rotations. Each assignment lasts a school term, with potential return offers and competitive pay, plus possible living or relocation allowances depending on location.

Qualifications

GPA minimum 2.8 and sophomore standing.
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in engineering disciplines.
Ability to work full-time for a 6-month term (Jan–Jul 2027).
Strong problem solving, project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Performing raw material QA activities and material performance.
Conducting problem solving investigations and root-cause analysis.
Supporting quality improvements with suppliers.
Providing technical support and analytical analysis for material issues.
Involvement with data flow diagrams/technical diagrams.
