Job summary

AES Corporation in Moraine, OH, is seeking an intern to support the OH PMO team on electric utility projects from inception to completion.

You will assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating with engineering, construction, and procurement teams, with opportunities to visit active sites and learn from experienced project managers.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in planning and tracking utility projects including substations and lines.
• Prepare schedules, budgets, and progress reports with MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction and procurement to ensure material readiness.
• Assist in site visits, safety checks, and quality control observations.
