Qualifications

  • High school diploma and pursuing a four-year degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, customers, and production teams.
  • Ability to interpret technical information and prepare clear, concise reports.
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical system analysis for shaft, gear, and bearing arrangements using BearinX.
  • Conduct failure analysis investigations through inspections of returned parts.
  • Prepare technical analysis reports summarizing findings, root causes, and recommendations for customers.
  • Consult with customers to understand their application needs and technical requirements; recommend suitable bearing solutions.
  • Facilitate prototype and sample production through order entry and coordination with production plants.
  • Develop a methodology/database for categorizing existing and new Returned Goods Analysis (RGA) reports to improve efficiency.
