Qualifications

• Completed coursework in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Statistics, Database Management, or Information Systems.
• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Excel, SQL and Power BI to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to identify process improvements and document current processes.
• Create documentation to capture business needs and requirements.
• Support testing and validation of solutions and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Maintain project documentation including plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis to answer business questions and identify trends.
