Job summary

Entergy seeks a Co-op Student in Jackson, MS to gain experience in practical engineering within the utility industry. You will work under close supervision and contribute to multiple projects alongside engineers and engineering associates.

Qualifications

  • Seeking Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil Engineering Majors to work a full-time schedule during the designated semesters.
  • Must be currently enrolled in school full-time, pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
  • Preferred: Sophomore classification at minimum.
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher is required (on a 4.0 scale).
  • Computer skills– familiar with various databases, as well as Windows environment and Microsoft toolkit (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must have good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Interface with external Customers to provide electric service.

JOB SUMMARY:
