Job summary

Emerson seeks a motivated co-op student to support AI & Automation initiatives. You will design, develop, and implement automation solutions for existing or new processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You’ll leverage Python, Power BI and Microsoft 365 tools, participate in agile ceremonies, and help validate end-to-end solutions. A strong curiosity and willingness to learn are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Engineering, Business, or IT.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage competing demands.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Demonstrates teamwork and collaboration mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement automation solutions across processes.
• Identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
• Collaborate with process owners to map workflows and validate results.
• Deploy projects into production and document lessons learned.
