INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) CO-OP

Co-op opportunity for Computer Technology, Computer Science, or MIS majors. A co-op in this position will work primarily in the Information Technology Department.

Job Responsibilities:

Workplace Support

• Desktop and mobile device management and troubleshooting
• Microsoft AD administration
• Local IT applications and projects

Development

• Application programming (SAP ABAP, Java, Portals)
• Business Intelligence reports (SAP BI, Microsoft OLAP)

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Business Applications

• Interface with business users and analyze business processes
• SAP and other application support and troubleshooting
• Currently attending an accredited college or university
• 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher
• Detail- and task-oriented
• Ability to complete two consecutive semesters (Summer/Fall or Spring/ Summer)/ standard co-op rotation
• Willingness to return to Bendix for multiple co-op sessions

GENERAL INFORMATION

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

Hours and Location: 40-hour work week on-site in Avon, Ohio Pay Rate: $19 - $26/hour (contingent upon credit hours)
