Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) is seeking 3-month and 6-month CO-OPs to gain hands-on experience in Information Technology. Open to students pursuing an IT degree who are entering their junior or senior year of college, with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

You will work closely with the Site IT Leader to address business needs and develop real-world IT skills. Responsibilities include incident escalation, IT hardware/software installation and troubleshooting, and diagnosing issues in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• This position is open to students pursuing a degree in Information Technology or a similar field and must be entering their junior or senior year.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 is required.
• Experience with a help desk environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Escalation of issues and incident resolution.

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting in a manufacturing production environment.
• Researching complex technical problems with guidance from Site IT Leader.

Job Description

Salary

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $21.00 to $23.00 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors.

For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1.5X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter.
