Qualifications

• Pursuing BS or MS in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical skills to review data and identify trends.
• Ability to translate procedures into requirements and improve processes.
• Curious hands-on problem solver with fast learning of technical and operational processes.
• Interest in process improvement, operational efficiency, and tools/systems.
• Ability to organize information and contribute to documentation and training.
• Must meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities of the department contributing to continuous improvement goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support departmental processes for med-tech products.
• Research industry topics, trends, best practices, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze data related to departmental projects to identify trends and anomalies.
• Prepare accurate reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Capture meeting minutes and track decisions and action items.
• Organize and manage departmental documentation and records for compliance.
