Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS degree in an engineering discipline with interest in manufacturing operations.
• Familiar with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma concepts; data-driven problem solving required.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, Visio; capable of basic data analysis and process mapping.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and facilitation skills for cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Support Operational Excellence initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, maintenance, and finance to identify and implement process improvements.
