Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering (industrial/manufacturing/electrical/mechanical/chemical/material).
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge preferred; problem solving and data analysis skills required.
• Strong communication and facilitation abilities with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Operational Excellence initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and finance to identify improvements.
• Analyze processes, map workflows, and implement changes to boost productivity.
• Develop skills in Lean, data analysis, and project management while driving results.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and communicate change initiatives effectively.
