This opportunity involves assisting assigned departments and/or projects with basic engineering tasks aligned with standard post-secondary engineering curricula.

Our Blue Ash, Columbus, and Cleveland offices are seeking Co-op Engineers for the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 semesters in the areas of Roadway/Traffic, Structures, and Technology.

Relocation and housing are not provided for this position.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist engineering teams with various tasks and duties.
  • Support research, development, and design of projects.
  • Help prepare engineering drawings and documents as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, plus current enrollment in an accredited post-secondary engineering program.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Basic understanding of engineering, geometric, and algebraic principles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to accept and apply guidance from peers and supervisors.
  • Basic understanding of shop drawing and submittal procedures.
  • Ability to perform basic engineering calculations.
  • Organizational skills for managing information in drawings or documents.

What We Prefer:

  • Completion of at least 2 years of post-secondary engineering coursework.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
  • Strong interest in transportation and infrastructure.
