Qualifications

• Attend product updates and service training sessions as required by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Weigh incoming and outgoing products.
• Assist in settling accounts in a timely manner.
• Correctly split tickets for landlords and others as directed by farmers.
• Maintain knowledge of commodity prices and trends and communicate with local farm customers.
• Answer incoming calls, gather customer information, and relay to appropriate personnel.
• Ensure all items sold are delivered and charged in a timely manner.
• Bill products picked up by customers.
• Maintain the office in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Promote the co-op by maintaining a positive image and attitude.
