You'll gain hands-on experience across all phases of construction, from preconstruction through project closeout, while supporting project teams. This entry-level co-op is designed for students pursuing Civil/Construction fields, offering exposure to PM, Field Operations, Preconstruction, and MEP teams, with mentorship and real responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field, or relevant experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable using technology with strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Teams: assist with RFIs, submittals, document control, and project communication.
• Contribute to Project Coordination: participate in meetings, take minutes, assist with short-term planning, coordinate with field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Assist in Preconstruction & Estimating: exposure to quantity takeoffs, bid packages, subcontractor outreach, and estimating activities.
• Support Field Operations: assist Superintendents with material coordination, progress photos, safety walks, and punch lists.
• Learn Project Systems & Tools: use Bluebeam and Procore to support document updates and tracking.
