Landis+Gyr AG in Alpharetta, GA offers a hands-on Component & Test Engineering co-op. You will work in‑office Monday–Friday ~40 hours/week, collaborating with engineering teams to learn reliability engineering, material science, electrical engineering, and hardware development.

Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering with an expected graduation date of 2027 or later is required. This paid internship includes three rotations, local candidates preferred, and a robust benefits package

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Expected graduation date of 2027 or later.
• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program – Masters students will not be considered.
• Location: Alpharetta, GA (in-office) and 40 hours/week.
• Alternating semester schedule with 3 total rotations before graduation.
• Paid position; housing assistance is not provided, local candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and perform Component Engineering duties.
• Learn reliability engineering, material science, electrical engineering, test engineering, and hardware development.
• Support Engineering Change Requests (sustaining engineering).
• Support component cost reductions (cost and value engineering).
• Create component test fixtures, obtain samples, perform testing.
