Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Manager, Co-op & Brand Partner Marketing to oversee a portfolio of strategic partnerships and translate brand priorities into integrated programs that drive investment and measurable results. You will manage the partnership lifecycle, from planning through negotiation and growth, collaborating with internal teams and senior partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in brand partnerships, account management, marketing, retail media or related commercial role.
• Demonstrated success managing partner relationships and revenue growth.
• Strong presentation, written communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience translating data into actionable recommendations and compelling partner-facing presentations.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with digital media, omnichannel marketing and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships and seasonal planning for an assigned portfolio of brand partners.
• Build account plans and identify revenue opportunities across print, digital, onsite and offsite media, store experiences and events.
• Develop proposals and business cases connecting brand goals with measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder management to keep plans moving.
• Present to brand executives and internal leaders with credibility and clarity.
• Track pipeline, revenue, investment and fulfillment against goals.
• Identify optimizations from campaign performance and inform future investments.
