• 5+ years in brand partnerships or marketing-related role.
• Proven ability to manage partner relationships and grow revenue.
• Strong presentation, written communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple accounts and campaigns.
• Understanding of digital and omnichannel marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships and seasonal planning for a portfolio of brand partners.
• Develop proposals, investment recommendations and business cases.
• Translate brand priorities into distinctive, integrated programs.
• Lead partner meetings and negotiate scope, investment and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on assortment, trends and priorities.
• Track performance, recap results and propose optimizations.
