Job summary

Boyd Corporation in Woburn is seeking an Associate Engineer/Coop to join the Engineering department. You will generate work instructions, design tooling and fixtures, and assist in QC disposition and 3D printing activities.

You’ll work with machining, brazing, heat treating, and welding experts to improve processes and meet cost/quality goals. The role includes data analysis (CMMs), design reviews, and potential R&D support.

Qualifications

• Data analysis including CMMs.
• Assist in design, tooling and fixtures.
• Collaboration with machining, brazing, heat treating and welding teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate work instructions and assist in minor assembly tasks.
• Design tooling and fixtures to meet customer requirements.
• Support R&D activities and participate in engineering reviews.
• Set up and run 3D printing equipment for metal and plastic.
