Job summary

Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin Inc. in Menasha, WI is hiring a licensed Co-Occurring Substance Abuse Disorder Therapist or Therapist-in-Training to join our counseling clinic. This full-time role provides psychotherapy to clients and families in a supportive nonprofit setting.

The position requires Wisconsin licensure as LCSW or LPC, or in-training licensure, and eligibility for Medical Assistance/Medicare reimbursement, with a commitment to diversity and community impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or other closely related mental health discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive assessment by collecting all information outlined in the program's Biopsychosocial Assessment Form.
• Provide and updates diagnostic impressions based on information collected from the assessment.
• Develop a treatment plan by establishing treatment goals with the client based on the assessment and diagnosis(es) and obtaining client/parent's signature on treatment plan.
• Implement treatment by providing psychotherapy in accordance with diagnosis and treatment plan, applying a variety of psychotherapeutic methods with individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Monitor progress toward treatment goals by evaluating and adjusting services provided, completing initial and ongoing clinical case review requirements as necessary.
