ems is seeking a Co‑Occurring Disorder Counselor for full-time or independent contractor roles in Baltimore, Maryland. The position involves delivering outpatient mental health treatment, conducting assessments, and documenting counseling sessions for clients with co-occurring disorders.

Co‑Occurring Disorder Counselor – independent contractor or full‑time W‑2, delivering outpatient substance‑use and mental‑health treatment across Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center and Community Wellness Outpatient Mental Health Center.
Full‑time, 40 hours per week (4‑5 eight‑hour days). Hours distributed 20 hours with each affiliated organization. Primary delivery sites: community‑based group homes, offices at 1114 E 20th Street and 819 N Fremont Avenue, Baltimore, MD, and 3310 Eastern Avenue, Baltimore, MD. Telehealth available only when the provider or client is on site at an approved location.
Fee‑for‑service per session or client contact. Invoices submitted by Saturday midnight covering Sunday‑Saturday services. Contractor assumes taxes, insurance and liability costs.
